| | | Hosting Technical Support | | Support policy | eOfficeMgr provides hosting technical support free of charge for the first 90 days following a new hosted customer's start date for all requests except changes to original setup instructions. After that, all requests will be charged at the current rate. Applications support may be provided by eOfficeMgr or your CPA, consultant, etc. When eOfficeMgr provides applications support, all requests are charged at the current rate. | | Error messages | It is very important to capture any error message you see while working on the remote server. When you see an error message, hold down the Alt key on your keyboard and while doing so, press the Print Screen key. Then open a new WordPad document and press the Ctrl and "v" keys. That should place a copy of the error message in the document. Save the document and then e-mail or print and fax it to your support person. If you can't capture an image of the error message, then write down every word of the message and e-mail or fax that to your support person. | | Common support issues | Connectivity - Issues logging onto or off the remote server. Printing - Issues that prevent you from printing correctly. Application - Issues related to some function within your applications.
